Tom has been in the real estate business for over 30 years. His hands-on knowledge of real estate investment can help guide clients through the intricate nuances of real estate, whether it is land development, home building or rental properties. Tom has an undergraduate degree and he is a Graduate of the Real Estate Institute with several commercial and investment certificates. Real estate has played a major role in his life. He helped build one of the largest real estate companies in the State and now wants to bring a more individual, more personalized approach to his customers and clients. Tom came back to his roots in Montana years ago after a successful career in construction marketing. Tom is a grandson of Montana Pioneers. He brings a pioneer spirit to his business dealings. Sunshine has been in Montana for 25 years, and grew up in the quaint town of Livingston, just over the Bozeman Pass from Gallatin Valley. She has been working with the Realestator Group since 2012. After graduation she accepted a position in Orange County, California at a large mortgage corporation. She worked as a Residential Real Estate Processor for over 10 years and absolutely loved it. Having that background has been very beneficial in the Real Estate World. She knows the intricate ins and outs of getting and qualifying for a loan. Now as a Transaction Coordinator and REALTOR®, her main goal every day is to give top notch customer service. Sunshine enjoys working with every one of our clients throughout the entire process, to insure a complete understanding of the process of purchase and sale of property.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and 3 children. They enjoy camping, hunting, fishing, horseback riding and taking their dirt bikes out for trail rides.
